call for speakers & abstracts:
- papers must be research rather than opinion based
- papers must be submitted for academic review before 15 November 2005 to
abstract@firearmsafetyseminar.org.nz - a 200 word biographical statement is required with each paper submitted
- seminar proceedings will be sent to participants after the seminar,
these will include photos of the event
the seminar aims to:
- call attention to responsible and safe firearm use
- motivate quality research into firearm safety
- exchange ideas, concepts, strategies and procedures for firearm safety
- encourage community participation in firearm safety
- assist Pacific Island States with firearm safety and training
